Especially for our exhibitors we have developed an ideal travel package, which you can adapt to your individual needs. We offer you a package where we will take care of you. We will prepare everything from your travel to Mallorca, your hotel, your daily shuttle service between the hotel and the event location, the fees for your sales stand, up to accreditations for you and 2 persons of your team: everything from arrival until you return home. - If you travel already on Tuesday, the 18th of September you will have enough time to prepare your booth and besides you can also discover Palma, the lively centre of Mallorca. - Enjoy the festival during 5 days and do not miss the opening concert on Wednesday where we will host an international superstar. On Thursday you can party at the Rider’s Night in an exclusive location only for invited guests, participating riders and artists. The competition days with equestrian shows will start on Friday and last until Sunday. - Close this amazing experience with an un-stressful de-construction of your stand and return home on Monday, still vibrating from this week full of new perspectives and friends you made at the event. EExclusively for you as owner of this exhibitor package we have reserved half a page of advertising in our event magazine, which will be issued in a print run of 10000 pieces and sold for 3 EUR during the whole time of this event.
